July brought another opportunity for the children of the Ember Program to learn, explore, and build their confidence together. During the monthly session, the children participated in a learning activity designed to make education engaging and enjoyable. Through activities suited to their age groups, the children were encouraged to participate, think creatively, and learn alongside their friends.
The session also marked a meaningful new chapter for the program as the children welcomed Ma'am Jhara Army Malaga, a new educator joining Ember's efforts to support their learning and development. Her presence gave the children another opportunity to learn from someone who could encourage their curiosity and help make each session a positive experience.
With Mary Joy Olmstead also supporting the activity, the day reflected Ember's belief that education is not simply about completing lessons. It is about creating an environment where children feel encouraged to ask questions, discover new things, and believe in their own ability to learn and grow.
