These Terms of Use govern your use of emberprogram.com. The Ember Program is an initiative of Your Back Office IT Solutions OPC ("Ember," "we," "us"), based in Tartaro, San Miguel, Bulacan, Philippines.
By using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Child Protection Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about the Ember Program, contact us, subscribe to updates, register for events, and support the program.
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit false information through our forms.
- Attempt to access restricted areas of the site or interfere with how it works.
- Use automated tools to copy or collect content from the site.
- Use any contact details on the site to send spam or unsolicited promotions.
Photos of the children and site content
Parents and guardians allow us to share photos of their children for one reason: to show supporters, honestly, how the program is doing. That permission covers Ember's official platforms only. It does not extend to anyone else.
You may not download, copy, screenshot, edit, repost, share, or otherwise use any photo or video of a child from this website, for any purpose. This includes personal, commercial, fundraising, news, and AI training uses.
All other content on this site, including text, logos, graphics, and the Ember name and flame mark, belongs to Ember Program and Your Back Office IT Solutions OPC. You may share links to our pages. Any other use requires our written permission.
If you see an Ember photo of a child used anywhere outside our official platforms, please tell us at support@emberprogram.odoo.com so we can have it removed.
Sponsorships and donations
Sponsorships (Spark, Flame, and Blaze) and donations support the program as a whole: learning sessions, meals, school supplies, hygiene kits, rewards, and celebrations. They are not payments to or for any individual child.
- Sponsors may not contact a child or family directly, give gifts outside the program, or visit sessions without arranging it with us first. See our Child Protection Policy.
- Donations are generally non-refundable. If you made a mistake with an amount, contact us within 14 days and we will review it.
Disclaimers and legal terms
No guarantees. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is." Program details, schedules, and events may change.
Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, Ember and Your Back Office IT Solutions OPC are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of this website.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought before the proper courts of Bulacan.
Changes. We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
